  • You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging intact, including the box, tags, and protective films.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Defected or Wrong Item?

If you receive:

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

  • A different model from what you ordered
    We will replace it free of charge, and pickup is on us.
